如果人才与雇佣方之间发生争议，可能会上升到去中心化仲裁法院（DAC），除非双方达成解决方案。

希望参与仲裁过程的 $BDXN 锁仓者作为陪审员。争议各方有三天时间提交违法或违约的证据。此期限届满后，每位陪审员有一周时间审查所提供的证据并就他们认为受害的一方做出二元决定。<br>

在陪审员投票结束后，结果会被揭示。如果雇佣经理被认定为受害方，他们提出的任何付款/悬赏将返还给他们。如果人才被认定为受害方，雇佣方仍被托管的任何付款将释放并归他们所有。
